EU DELIVERY
All deliveries are shipped from our warehouse in Limassol, Cyprus. We currently ship to all European countries. We do hope though to expand our shipments internationally in the near future. Thank you for your understanding.
Please request from us shipping quotation before placing your order. Then, one of our customer service assistants will get in touch with you and provide the relevant shipping cost for your indicated destination.
Lastly, your order will be safely packed in protective materials, and you will receive a shipping notification via email when your package is on its way.
For delivery of baby cribs and bassinets to EU, we ship them using EMS Datapost which takes up to 7 working days to arrive in your country. Shipping costs will vary from 70-90 euros.
For deliveries to the UK or to any other country outside EU, we are not responsible for any duties, taxes or brokerage charges that may be incurred when the package is imported into your country. Any additional shipping costs, customs fees and taxes incurred for rejected or returned to shipper packages will be the responsibility of the customer.
DELIVERY TO CYPRIOT ADDRESS
Deliveries will be charged at extra cost, depending on the volume of the order and location of delivery. Deliveries can take up to 2 weeks depending on the location. Please note that our couriers deliver up to your ground main gate. Extra handling for items to be carried inside your premises will be charged in addition. In case any items of your order need assembly, this will be charged at an extra cost, depending on the work required for each item. |

For pre-orders. Upon arrival of your order to Cyprus, we will contact you to arrange delivery. We can keep your order to our warehouse for two days. | |
If you cannot accept delivery of your order during this time, warehouse fees will apply, based on the volume of your order. | |
As per our company's policy, we don't accept any refunds, you can exchange products purchased in stock with items from our collection. | |
However, if the items are specifically ordered for the customer, we do not accept any exchanges. | |
Our company does not accept liability in relation to any delays which are beyond our control, including but not limited to delays by the suppliers, | |
freight forwarders, shipping lines, port authorities. |
TRACKING
Orders delivered by courier will require a signature on arrival. If you are not in, they will leave a note so you can contact them and re-arrange a delivery. A mobile number is required in case we or the courier company need to contact you regarding your delivery. If you do not have a mobile phone, please enter a landline day phone number.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an automatic e-mail informing you of the delivery date, transportation company, the parcel-ID and all relevant information for tracking the parcel. You can verify the status of your shipment at any time from the couriers website, this way you always know the exact location of your order.
