This sink is made from vintage tent tables. In India, during marriages, it's not considered respectable if the guests eat while standing, they must be seated while eating. These tent tables were used for eating. They have folding legs so were easy to carry from one place to another. Now the culture has changed in India, so, not a lot of people use these tables. We have repurposed these table into washing sinks. It's use and age gives the basin a beautiful vintage look.
