Production Process
Warm Black frame:Made of high strength steel, the parts are CNC bent and welded in position. The frame is then sanded and powder coated with black rubber gliders added to the top frame.Polished Stainless Steel frame:Made from stainless steel, the parts are CNC bent and welded in position. The frame is then polished by hand to create the shiny surface with white rubber gliders added to the top frame.Marble Top:The marble is cut to size and polished to a satin finish. The edges are ground and polished with the hole drilled in position.Glass Top:The glass is cast in a mould and cooled in place taking roughly 24 hours. The edges are ground and polished with the hole drilled in position. The glass is tempered.
